If you've ever been feeling disconnected from yourself, if you've ever been over explaining, overthinking, or overgiving, if you've been losing pieces of yourself to make other people feel comfortable, then this episode is your moment for you. Because I'm going to show you exactly how you can stop losing yourself and what it actually feels like when you come back online. And once that happens, you don't go back as often. Or if you do, you know how to get back online. A few days ago, I had a dream that exposed something I didn't want to admit, so it's probably a bit more like a nightmare. People were telling me, this is your value, this is what you're worth, this is all you get. And here's the part that woke me up. Because it was so painful to see myself in this way and to be this way, even in a dream, I started to defend myself. I started to try and prove my value in the dream. Trying to justify my existence, trying to get those people that were dictating what I was worth to see what I knew was true about me. If you've ever done this, fought for your worth because someone else can't see it, they don't see your value, then you'll know how automatic it is. It's so fast to start fighting, to start proving, to start feeling the impact of it, that you don't even know that you're doing it. It's so fast and it's subtle, it's sneaky, and it becomes all-consuming. You start fighting, and you don't even realize the real battle you're losing is the one with yourself. So I ended up waking up. It was around 4 a.m. and I could feel the residue of that dream still in my body. My heart was racing, my chest was tight, and thoughts were looping and firing in my mind. I was in that fighting for my worth mode. I was angry. So I did what most people do in the morning when you wake up. I sat in meditation. Not to calm down, but to listen. Because when we're in that sleep mode, especially around 4 or any time like that, your brain is still in an alpha brainwave mode. Which means you're closer to get access to your inner guidance than you are during the day. So if you're tempted to try and go back to sleep, instead take the moment to close your eyes and connect. And something happened that I've had glimpses of before. My body went still, there was that stillness that comes, and another part of me came online. You know that part of you that's calm, that part that feels like your real self. The calm, confident finally comes back online. But this time it went deeper. It went beyond the calm, it went beyond the peace, into nothingness, into presence, into a stillness, an intelligence that didn't feel like me trying to feel better. There was no chatter, there was no thoughts, just an awareness. And it was almost something deeper remembering itself. Almost like seeing the universe from inside your own body. Beautiful and awe-inspiring. When you look at the stars, and it's just incredible. And here's the part that might resonate with you. Because it's not only spiritual, it's biological as well. We are literally made of stardust. Every atom in your body, the carbon in your cells, the iron in your blood was forged inside ancient stars of billions of years ago. The same physical laws that shape galaxies also shape your cells. The same pattern language the universe uses fractals appear in your lungs, your neurons, your heartbeat. So when I say something came online, I don't mean it metaphorically. I mean the part of me and that part of you made from the same intelligence that builds, stars and repairs DNA. That part that knows how to reorganize chaos into coherence. The best parts of you, that part that never forgets who you are, even when your mind does, or your circumstances take over and you lose yourself. Because here's the truth: your nervous system and the universe operate the same way. Through pattern, energy, and self-organization. It's like when you restart your phone and suddenly everything works again. You didn't install anything new, you just reconnected to the system that was always there. In a single moment, you can feel your whole self reconnect to that intelligence. It's a remembrance, a recalibration, a shift from the story of who you think you are right now or the things that worry you to the truth of who you actually are. And that part is wanting to come through, and it's from this place that another realization dropped in with absolute clarity. The universe is within you, just like it's within me, and it's neutral. It's not negative, it's not positive, it's neutral. It becomes whatever identity we choose to give it in this moment, in the now, in this presence. Not the identity we pretend to be, or not the identity we force ourselves to be, and not the identity others are projecting onto us either. And this is really important because it can help you liberate yourself from any circumstances. It is the identity we embody. So we have to ask, what if we awakened to who we really are? The universe itself, expressing itself through a human nervous system. And what if the only thing we need to stop doing is abandoning ourselves? Who are we being loyal to? People we overgive to, people who drain us, people whose approval we think we need to survive. Self-betrayal happens when we give our loyalty to others at the cost of really knowing your own truth of who you are. But your bel loyalty belongs to you, to remembering who you really are at all times, as often as you can. And that's the moment you come back online. That's the reconnection. Because you're choosing you over everyone else. And here's the truth: when your body's dregulated, your body goes offline, your brain switches off parts of its brain, and the story and the trauma reactions take over. Imagine your brain becomes like a drunk narrator. Just imagine a drunk narrator. They're unreliable, they're exaggerating, and they're normally very emotional and they're talking nonsense. And sometimes they're telling old stories that really don't make sense to others. It triggers our nervous system. Basically, it distorts, it loops, it fights, it shuts down. Like parts of our brain. And sometimes it's the next day that we feel the shame or embarrassment about how we reacted and what we did. And before you know it, the cycle becomes familiar, even normal, and you forget what it feels like to be you. Without that fighting, that explaining, that improving, or that drunk narrator taking over. It's like trying to navigate with the GPS or with your phone that has no signal. You're looking at your maps and you're trying to get to where you're wanting to get to, but the phone has no signal. The map is still there, it's just that you can't access it. So there's nothing inherently wrong. It's not like you're you don't know something that everybody else knows. It's just like you've unplugged the Wi-Fi. Your truth is still there, your power is still there, but your connection is down. And what you did while disconnected, 100% can be forgiven. If you haven't got access to the GPS, you're not going to be able to find where it is that you're meant to be going. You're not going to go where you're meant to be. And you can forgive yourself for that because you didn't have the map. But not trying to reconnect, that's where the real pain lives. Because your potential, the life that you potentially have available to you, gets left on the table. And that's where the pain is. Because the moment you start fighting for your worth, if be it explaining, going around in loops, you've already forgotten your worth. You're not consciously disconnecting, you're biologically disconnecting. This is like nervous system identity amnesia. So as soon as we start fighting, as soon as we start having to prove our worth, as soon as we feel like we're around those people that are a bit making you feel less than. It impacts our nervous system and we forget who we are. We don't lose who we are, we lose access to it. Which is why all purpose work, if you feel like you're not sure about where you're heading, must include nervous system work and also trauma work first, because we need to release the emotional pain and conditioning so you can access that calm state required to remember who you really are. Imagine for a moment then you're a newborn. You're this perfect, incredible baby, just absolutely gorgeous. And then someone looks at you and doesn't value you for their own issues and traumas, etc. As a baby, if you imagine for a moment, you're perfect. No, you're simply gonna sense they're disconnected, and because your worth is still intact as a baby, your identity is intact, your connection is intact, you might feel a little bit confused, but you feel whole, you know who you are, you eat, you sleep, cry when you're hungry, when you need something, you do something about it because you know your needs matter, you're perfect, you're whole, and you're connected to yourself. It's only over a period of time through conditioning, trauma, survival, that we've been trained to and we've learned to abandon ourselves. Not because you're weak, but because you adapted. That's a positive thing, right? Because you were taught to, so you took that on. But you don't have to now keep doing it. Not right now, not while listening to this podcast. If what I'm saying is starting to land in your body at some level, you can feel it. There's something you're ready to watch after this, and I'll tell you about it at the end. Stay with me. So as I sat in meditation, like you do at 4 o'clock in the morning, something really dropped in. A clear, direct, bold truth that I had forgotten. I realized I regulate people so they remember who they are. Not because they need me, not because I fix them, but because my presence and everything I do helps their nervous system come back online so their own identity becomes available again to them. And from there they move forward, fulfilling their own potential. This is what I do, this is my work, this is my frequency, if you like. I don't just help people feel better. I help them remember themselves, to trust and believe in themselves, to remember who they really are, and that is what helps them feel better. That's what triples incomes. That's what dissolves toxic patterns, helps people leave what no longer aligned to them, achieve their goals, and transform their lives. That's what gets the results. And I'll be honest, it's taken me years to value this gift. So I'm sharing this because I want to ask you a question. What is the thing about you that you take for granted? The thing no one else can do the way you do it? The thing that you probably dismiss because it doesn't fit society's definition of value. How do you impact people? What shifts people around you when you're really yourself, when you're calm, when you're really you, when you're connected and you're really feeling fully yourself. Because here's another truth. When I forget my own worth, I lose access to this gift that I have. And I hope that in this moment, it can be your moment. The moment you choose to stop abandoning yourself, the moment you choose to come back online, the moment you feel yourself returning to you, your breath deepens, your shoulders drop, and your mind quietens, and your truth gets louder. It's like remembering, I don't need to explain myself, I don't need to fight for my value, I don't need to negotiate my identity. Because you are everything and much more. You are the universe itself, coded into yourselves. And here's the truth, you are not undervalued, you're disconnected, and the moment you reconnect, your worth becomes undeniable, but not to others, but to you. And that's what really matters. Because when you're proving the struggle is endless. When you're connected, the struggle ends and peace comes. Because when you remember who you are, everything in your life reorganizes around that truth. And if this episode activated or really resonated something inside of you, if you felt even one more moment of coming back online, if you felt your truth rise in your chest, then maybe it's time for you to go deeper. I created a free masterclass, it's called The Biology of Success, and it will change the way you understand your worth, your identity, and expansion. Inside I teach you why worth is embodied, it's not earned, why mindset alone doesn't work, and the real reasons you hit these upper limits where you just can't break through certain blocks or you keep repeating patterns. And how dysregulation keeps you small, and the exact framework to regulate into your next identity. Because the truth is, in order for us to become a new version of ourself, we have to allow ourselves to completely let the old one go. This masterclass is the next step, the step where your body learns what your mind already knows. So go into the show notes and you'll see the link there, and you can get instant access and it's free because remembering who you are, it's something that everyone should know how to do. It's fundamental for true success, where we go beyond achieving goals to prove our value and instead allow our soul value to shine through us. Thanks you so much for listening. I appreciate every single one of you that's listening today. And remember, you can change your life. It starts with remembering who you really are. I'm sending you so much love. Till next time.
