Welcome back. I'm gonna be really honest with you. I'm a little bit nervous about creating this episode because I believe what I'm about to share with you is probably one of the most powerful exercises there is in terms of creating results, life-changing exercises. And it's not from one single book or teacher. It's something that's been combined from the best of spirituality, uh, manifestation techniques, and of course, science. And what I know for sure is that if you really truly understand this episode, if you really truly embody it, it will change your life. My intention today is simple. If you can really get what it is that you want and you really understand this, so that by the end of this episode, you'll not only feel clearer, but you'll also think, yes, I want to go deeper and I want to understand how to change my life now that I truly understand this. So, in order to really change our life, we have to start with the truth. A lot of people are working so hard on changing their lives, changing their identity, reinventing themselves, looking at manifestation techniques and not seeing results. And they might have been doing the same things that they've been doing for a long time. They might be affirming, visualizing, vision boarding, but they're not getting the results that they were getting before. And this can create a lot of frustration because we start to then think that it's not possible. We start to then believe, why is it not working? Maybe it'll never happen. Maybe this whole lifetime I won't actually achieve what it is that I came here to do. Like I'll never achieve my purpose, I'll never move forward. And you don't know what I do? What else do I need to do? Or like, how do I get this to shift? Here's the thing: those questions are kind of part of the trap. Because every time we start thinking about how or when, it's like we get into a different state of consciousness where we start to dwell in what is actually happening in reality now, and it recreates itself. So we're in a loop and we try and get out of the loop, but we don't know why we keep coming back into the loop over and over again. And what we're going to do in this episode is we're going to look at what is it that keeps you coming back into the loop? Where you keep recreating the old patterns over and over again. And it feels like you're really trying to drive forward. Imagine you're driving a car, you're driving forward, you're accelerating, but you've got your handbrake on, or you keep putting the brake on, but you're trying to, so you're putting the gas on and then you're putting the brake on. You're pushing forward and then you're stalling, and then you're starting over, and you're what happens is you're actually burning up a huge amount of energy without actually moving very far. And so many of us are living like this at the moment because the world is changing, everything is changing. We want money, but we're feeling lack, we're worried, we want love, but we're feeling unworthy, we want purpose, but we might have loads of ideas and we might go out and talk to people and do things, but we're actually procrastinating and actually making a difference and taking the actions that will bring in the results. We might be comparing and scrolling, but not actually doing the work itself. Why is that? Why is it that we do that? The real reason is because there's a part of us, our consciousness, that is saying, Yes, go, let's do this. But our body and our nervous system is saying stop. And so we're starting and then we're stopping. And there's a loop that people can be stuck in for years, 10 years, 20 years. They think they're moving forward, but they're actually doing a lot, but they're not really moving forward. And if that's you, you're not alone. And I too have been through that process, so I can tell you from personal experience, it is really tough. Before we dive into how, here's how one of my clients shared what changed when she stopped pushing against the brakes and aligned her state.
SPEAKER_00:For a long time I knew that I needed something more than traditional therapy or coaching. I'd walk out of sessions, never really feeling stronger or more empowered. And then one day while listening to Ammin's podcast, I had this feeling in my gut that this was exactly what I needed. So I booked in free one-to-one session after speaking with her. I just knew that she was the person who was going to help me regain my strength and confidence and help me live my life in the way that I choose. Genuinely, since working with Ammin, I feel like my whole life has shifted. I feel stronger and calmer and clearer. I feel like I've reclaimed myself.
SPEAKER_01:Okay, let's talk about why that shift works, and it begins with consciousness. In order for us to really understand how to get results and how to manifest what we want truly once and for all, we have to start with consciousness, and that is the first and most important step. We have to understand that when we're born, we are consciousness. We are pure and we have no labels, we have no limits, and we have no fears apart from loud sounds and falling. That's the only thing that we are afraid of. But over time, what happens is we start being given labels. Like, I have been given the label that my name is Amun. And then you're going through your experiences, and then you start to identify what does Amun mean then? You know, like what is the name that you've been given? What does that mean? What kind of labels that is maybe someone said to you, Oh, you're just like your dad, or you're too emotional, or you need to be a good girl, and what that means is that you to be a good girl is to please men, or you can't cry, or you can't get support, it's a weakness, or you have to study hard, or you're not very smart, or you if you don't know how to make a certain dish, you're no good. All these things are labels, or people, you know, maybe as you were growing up, your mum might have said that oh, so-and-so's child is doing so well at school, and they're a really good person, but you don't know how to do it. And so then you have this label, and maybe that label was that you're angry, or you get cross really easily, or you're too emotional. All these things were given to us as labels, and every one of these becomes part of our identity that we carry. Some of them are good labels, but some of them are not anything to do with us. The truth is you were born with as consciousness, pure, no labels, no limits, and then life started attaching these labels. And you may believe that you are those labels, like you may genuinely believe that you're too much, or that you're not smart enough, or you're not this or you're not that, and you may truly, truly believe that, but that isn't true. That's just a label that's been put on you. We need to remember that we are consciousness, and we are none of these labels, and it's only when we can truly get to a point where we start to understand that we are consciousness that we can then move on to the next section. How do I become the person that creates the results that I want in my life? The second thing that we need to look at, and we can look at we can read every single great person out there in terms of manifestation. And we will understand that the second key about manifestation is that it's not just about what you're thinking, it's not about your exercise that you're doing, it's not about visualizations, it's not about affirmations, it's not about scripting, it's not about any of these one things. The whole thing about any of these exercises that you might be doing, you might be meditating, you might be doing yoga, you might be doing nature walks, you might be doing affirmations, you might be doing visualizations, you might be doing all these different exercises. What they're all trying to do is one thing, they all exist for one purpose, and that is to shift your state, the state of being. So, what is state? What is a state? It's where your consciousness is focused, you know, that identity, what is that state? So if the state is of all the labels and the identity that I've been given, oh Amun's really angry, for instance, or Amun's really happy, they're two different states. So if I had been given the label that, oh, Amun's really happy child, she's such an amazing, loving person, that's one state. And I feel that state of being a really loving, caring person. On the other hand, if I had been given the label of you're angry, you're just like your dad, or you're just like your grandma, or you're just selfish, then that's a different state, and I can feel that state in my body. Like I feel contracted, I feel like I'm not worthy, I feel like a guilt for wanting to move forward or receiving. So there's two different states here. One state helps me move forward with ease, and the other state, every time I try and move forward, will put the brakes on. So it's basically who are you being in the moment? Your thoughts, your feelings, your nervous system, your body. It's not just your thinking, so affirmations could be what you're trying to get yourself to think. And then if you're visualizing, you're trying to get into a state where you're feeling. But you see, we need to be in that consciousness, that state as a whole, because you're not just your thoughts, you're not just your feelings, you're also your brain. You've got a computer system there, your brain, your nervous system, your body, your trauma that you might have, your feelings, your thoughts, your achievements. It's all there in that one state. So if you want to go from wanting money, that's one state, to actually feeling rich, wealthy, abundant, open to God's provision, to the Creator's abundance, that's a different state. When we're actually wanting to actually receive the two different states. And I'm not just talking about words, I'm actually talking about inhabiting a new way of being, where you're staying there long enough for you to really be it, so that you can dwell in that state, and then reality has no choice but to follow. And here's what that sounds like in real life from one of the clients.
SPEAKER_00:One of the biggest breakthroughs for me was I didn't need to sit there and explain through any of my trauma. She could just sense what I was carrying without me even having to say a word. And that honestly made me feel so heard and so loved and so hopeful. She met me with so much love and respect, and that gave me the strength to keep moving forward.
SPEAKER_01:Now let's look at the science of why your brain and your nervous system keep score of that identity. What is the brain and the nervous system tracking all the time? And your brain and your nervous system is tracking your identity all the time. So your body is like a vehicle that you're using in this lifetime. So we'll go back to the analogy of the car. You're trying to move forward. Say if you want wealth or you want love or you want success, and you've been conditioned with labels like, oh well, you're a woman, and in society you can't, there's a glass ceiling for you, or you can't have too much, or you mustn't cry, or you have to follow the rules. Your brain is part of that vehicle of the body. So it will be filtering the reality through those lenses of the labels that you've been given. So your nervous system will comply and it will literally put the brakes on. You'll be you'll be trying to move forward and you'll be procrastinating instead of acting, or you'll be finding out what other people are doing instead of creating. Because if you're actually a creator, if you're really in flow of connected to your consciousness, you don't need to know what anybody else is doing and compare yourself and try and get ideas from other people. You'll actually be in flow and the creativity and the ideas will come from yourself. You will know that you're not moving forward if you're busy trying to get ideas and not actually taking actions. That's why we stall instead of moving forward and we're just wasting time. We're finding different ways of procrastinating, and we don't know why we can't just move through that. The answer isn't about working harder or finding new strategies because I'll be honest, you probably know all the strategies. A lot of people have a lot of information, but what they don't have is the way to embody the state so that they can take the action naturally without having to overthink or overdo. The answer is to realign your consciousness within your body to release the labels and step back into your true state. Look, the truth is, right? You know how to be that consciousness. You were it once, before all these labels were put on you, and you will feel more and more like yourself the more and more labels you take off, the emotions of what you can and can't feel. Maybe those stuck emotions that you have trapped into your brain that are being triggered over and over again. You will know you are feeling more and more like yourself freer to actually move forward, the more you release what it doesn't actually belong to you. It's like you're decluttering, you're releasing. If we actually go back to this whole concept of being sinners, being a sinner is basically the labels, the labels, the conditioning, you're forgetting who you truly are, which is consciousness. It's all about really getting back to the truth of who you are, really knowing who am I, your purpose, and really connecting it all together again. So, what is the framework that I really want to bring to you today? So let's really bring this together. Manifestation is really not about forcing outcomes or forcing yourself to create outcomes. It is about peeling away the labels, returning to your consciousness, freeing yourself of the emotions that you might have trapped, freeing your nervous system so that you can get back to that creative mode of consciousness. It's something you have already, and it's aligned with your nervous system to build your nervous system, your body is like a map of how to get back to consciousness. You want to feel good, you don't want to feel angry, you don't want to be fighting, you don't want to be in shutdown mode, none of us like that. That's because you are being forced to find a way to get out of that so that you can get back to consciousness. Your brain is the same thing. Your brain is trying to get you to use the whole of your brain rather than trying to do take action and suppressing emotions. So, how do we start? First and foremost is awareness. We need to notice the labels that you've been carrying. Every time you think, oh, I'm just angry, or I'm just too much, or I'm just this, or I'm just do that. No, you're not. You're not. You need to be firm, firm with yourself. This is not who you are. You are a child of God, you are a part of the creator, you are part of the universe. You are here to experience the creator. You're not here to experience the labels. Those labels are not what you're here to experience. Do you want to spend the rest of your life experiencing these labels that you've experienced before? Or are you ready to let these labels go? The labels are not you, and you have a choice. And this is your free will. This is what we talk about from in spiritual texts of free will. You have a choice. You can decide the state that you want to be in. You can decide, I am abundant, I am loved, I am vibrant, or you can choose to go down the fear route. There's two choices, is always a choice of love or fear. And to make a choice, we need courage, the courage to actually choose love over fear, over the conditioning that we have, and actually choose to do something different than what you've already been doing. Because unfortunately, we our brain is we need something outside of us to actually help us make the right choice, because your mind is the problem, and we're gonna choose to do things ourselves the way we've always done, because that's because we've been programmed that way to believe that actually getting support means it's a sign of weakness, or that I should know it all. Well, if you didn't need help from an outside support, then your brain would be able to make those decisions themselves and be able to get out of the loop itself. But your brain doesn't allow you to get out of the loop itself. This is science because you're following and you're filtering based on your own belief systems within yourself already. So you're just going round and round in circles until you get somebody outside of you to break those cycles so that you can move forward. Then the third thing is embodiment. You have to practice dwelling in that state, thoughts, feelings, body, emotions, your nervous system, all of it in as in a holistic way, so you're truly embodying that state. And then the integration is releasing the old programming in your nervous system and brain, and actually allowing that new programming to come into your nervous system and brain so you feel safe to move forward. And then this is the thing where spirituality and science and manifestation all are coming together. We are here to transcend and let go of the idea that life is about me. That me who has labels, that me who is amen. We are here to experience the creator through us. Consciousness through us. Maybe it's not about me, maybe it's not about you, maybe we're here to experience the creator, maybe it's about the creator because you are pure consciousness, and you are a part of the creator, and through experiencing the creator, you actually experience your true self, and as your true self, you are releasing those labels and you're transcending those labels, and you're returning to your true self, and it feels so good because you know you can create anything you want, anything you want, you can create abundance, you can create success, you can create anything you want, so you can be it. You might be wondering, what if I can't feel it? That's okay, that's just another state. Just keep coming back to the state that you want to be in. Or you might be asking, how long will it take? As long as it takes for you to settle into knowing who you truly are, and then you might be asking, what if I forget? Just know that that's normal. It's normal too, and the more that you can get ways of resetting and getting people to help you reset in a structured way, you can get to where you want to get to and forgive yourself and keep returning. So, right now, you might feel like you've been trying hard, but you're not getting the results. But this is what I really want you to take away from this: you are consciousness, you are not your labels, and you can choose your state. If your nervous system and your trauma is holding you back, or your body is holding you back, and you keep coming back to the same thing, then you can find people that can help you realign yourself to remember who you are so that you can move forward quickly and get what it is because anything is possible for you. And just so you can hear what it feels like on the other end, if it's possible for her, it's possible for you.
